Born in Lebanon, Chef Edouard spent hours in the kitchen with his grandmother learning the secrets of traditional Lebanese food and learning that food is a universal language that brings people together. After coming to the U.S., he graduated from The Culinary Institute of America.
He specializes in seasonal, healthy foods, hoping to share the flavors that he grew up with in the Middle East. He currently owns his catering and event planning company and is a food stylist, private chef, and host of many successful pop-up restaurants.

I just used Edouard and his team for my Brooklyn wedding and could not be happier with the results. Throughout the entire process, he was super responsive, responsible and accommodating.
The guests kept complimenting us on the food and how everything had come together - so I would highly recommend Eduoard for any event!
Edouard was able to work within our budget and provide all we needed. He was super easy to work with to create a menu to fit all the dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten free and nut allergies).
I would recommend him 100%. He is very personable and he makes you feel like his only client!
So usually I go out and make a huge deal of my birthday since of course it's the best day of the year! A friend recommended Chef Edy, and I have to say this birthday beat any other birthdays I've had! I had very specific requests for my menu and none of them fell short!
Thank you Edy for making my birthday a night to remember!
