I had the pleasure of working with Edouard this past September for a day of catering at a photoshoot and the service was remarkable. From conception to last minute changes, Edouard met my ever need and request with patience and professionalism. Aside from being super easy to work with, the food was FANTASTIC! everyone at our photoshoot was extremely impressed with the selection and freshness of the food. Edouard even made a quick change for me to adjust something I selected to nut-free due to an allergy we had on set. Looking forward to working with him again & highly recommend his services.
I threw a farewell party at my house last week and was recommended Edouard from a friend. He was amazing to work with. He was professional yet relaxed which was a nice calming element. The food and the cocktails were the picture of perfection. Everything tasted exceptional, and our guests loved it. He put together a great menu and stayed within our budget. I would absolutely use Edouard again and again.
Edy is a true pleasure to work with! He cooked SUCH a delicious four-course dinner for my sister’s bachelorette party. We were staying at an Airbnb in the Far Rockaways and Edy was able to schlep all the way out there and cook in a less-than-ideal rental kitchen with limited counter space, plates, etc. For 12 of us, we started with a few hors d’oeuvres (preserved lemon kafta, halloumi and pesto crostini, and terrific shrimp rolls) then had awesome pretzel-crusted crab cakes followed by super juicy za’atar-grilled chicken; grilled zucchini and asparagus; a watermelon, corn, and shrimp salad; and an orzo and olive salad. Everything was so perfectly seasoned and cooked so expertly. Edy is a gem; I would recommend him to anyone and look forward to working with him again!
Edouard is fantastic! Edouard came to our apartment and taught us the basics of pickling (cucumbers, watermelon rinds... even shrimp!) We learned a lot and also had a wonderful time with him. Highly recommended!
Praise!!!! Edouard cooked the most delicious meal for myself and my partner. We were so impressed by how sweet, fun, and delicious the entire experience was. Such great conversations too! Edouard cooked a delicious Branzino that was melt in our mouths good. Our fish was accompanied by an amazing orzo salad- followed by a gluten free tahini chocolate tart that we noshed on for the rest of the night. He provided full service, including cleanup which we did not expect! He was quick, easygoing, and the service was amazing. He even served us on our rooftop. Will definitely be calling Edouard again for our next event.
I just used Edouard and his team for my Brooklyn wedding and could not be happier with the results. Throughout the entire process, he was super responsive, responsible and accommodating. Not only was his food delicious! - his team helped set-up the space and made it completely seamless for us. He worked with us on the menu, the final decorations and was entirely hands-on through the entire process. The guests kept complimenting us on the food and how everything had come together - so I would highly recommend Eduoard for any event!He also catered my company’s holiday party which was a huge hit with everyone!!
I wanted to do something for my wife’s birthday that we haven’t done before. We recently moved to Brooklyn and have a young son so we decided to do a private dinner at Home.Edouard was great. Friendly and the food he cooked was wonderful. We had a four course meal. Started with dips, then a butternut squash soup, lamb chops and finally a Dutch pancake with vanilla ice cream. Everything was delicious and we would happily have him cater a meal for a larger group of friends. Come hungry!
Edouard is a a natural master in the culinary arts. Dinner was amazing. So delicious, interesting, and really fun. Everything was made from scratch and extremely fresh. He’s also perfectly personality-ed to “host” in this manner. Smart, funny, and engaging, without overwhelming the intimacy of a two-person dinner. Pitch-perfect. And the food, again, was next level. Highly recommended.
Edouard is not only an incredible chef, but also an absolute pleasure to work with. My company hired him to come in once a week and cook for our staff, and he’s gone above and beyond every single week! He creates a unique menu for us each time, and the food speaks for itself: it’s creative, presented beautifully, and always delectable. I would give Edouard five stars based solely on that aforementioned deliciousness, but I also need to mention how easy he makes my job on the business side of things. He always sends prompt invoices, is available when I have questions, and even provides pdfs of his menus for display. He’s a joy to have in the office, I actually look forward to Monday mornings now! And that’s saying a lot. I’d recommend hiring Edouard any day of the week. Well, except Monday mornings; my team and I call dibs.
After searching for a someone to cater our cocktail style wedding reception , we found Edouard. From the very beginning he made himself available, he was responsive and very easy to work with. The day of, Edouard and his team arrived on time with smiles on their faces; and the food was nothing short of amazing. My husband is still raving about the sliders and the chicken; my favorite was the falafel and tuna tartare, and of course the kids loved his ice cream cookie sandwiches. I don’t have any pics yet but when I do, I will update. We will be using Edouard again.
So usually I go out and make a huge deal of my birthday since of course it’s the best day of the year! This year a friend reccomended a dinner party catered by Chef Edy. I have to say this beat any other birthday I’ve had! I had very specific requests for my menu and none of them fell short! Did I mention the hummus yet? Okay Chef’s homemade hummus was the best I’ve ever had. I’m still thinking about it a day later. We had a beautiful cheese spread with cured meats and warm toasted baguette! (To die for!) I asked for my theme to be brunch for dinner. Steak eggs benedict, Dutch baby pancake, and the hash browns, oh those hash browns! I’ll tell you who is planning my birthday this year but if you’ve read this far I bet you already know!Thank you Edy for making my birthday a night to remember!
Edouard’s food is amazing! I produce for a fashion production company and we get him to cater our week long photoshoots. He was able to work within our budget and provide all we needed. He was super easy to work with to create a menu to fit all the dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten free and nut allergies) He provided great suggestions and I was able to choose between so many great things. His middle eastern food is far by his speciality and so good and the falafel where a hit with everyone. He makes a killler Mezze display, I dream of his dips, the hummas and red pepper!!! We also had, make your own poke bowls which the crew loved. He also made make your own Tacos, Italian (pasta chicken, Asian noodles and salmon, plus lots of yummy other things (too many to list) He also organized cold beverages of ice coffee and an array of sodas.I now get asked in advance by the crew on jobs if Eduard is going to be the cater, many of them said that its some of the best catering they have has on a photoshoot! I book him when ever I have a big shoot and need great food, I would recommend him 100%. He is very personable and he makes you feel like his only client!
The moment we tasted Edouard’s food, we were hooked onto it. He has been the favorite caterer for our company ever since. I would not hesitate to recommend him for all kinds of events. Try his mezze display, it’s bomb.

Edouard is a fantastic chef. We just had a menu of rose-infused ricotta and a delectable quiche. The roses came from his grandfathers rose garden. That’s the type of love and personal touch he brings to his dishes. I have eaten four meals cooked by Edouard and he has excelled each and every time. The icing on the cake is that Edouard is just a down-to-earth and lovable guy. Highly recommend.
Edouard has catered a few of our events; the food, presentation, and service was always terrific.
We had a make your own pita wrap catered at the office by Edouard and it was fantastic. Everything was homemade and you could really taste the fresh ingredients for what they are. The homemade pickled beets, tumeric cauliflower, and shawarma chicken were all-around favorites.
